DO: Turn off or silence your cell phones
DO: Use a quiet voice to help us maintain our spa atmosphere
DO: Arrive 5-10 minutes before your first visit to allow time for paperwork
DO: Let us know of any special needs or requirements you have. We want your visit to be happy and stress free
DO: Cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion. We suggest at least 24 hours in advance, this allows us to re-book the time spot
DO: Tip your spa technician. Gratuities are not expected, but greatly appreciated.
DON'T: Be afraid to ask questions. We are happy to answer them
